This compilation of information about U.S. government grants available to all Americans was created as a tool to help people seek and obtain the funding they’re looking for. It is designed and structured to make it easier for the grant seeker to get to the information needed to successfully access grant funding. 

All of the links included lead to websites that supply FREE information. There is no need for a grant seeker to spend money on overpriced ‘Grant Kits’ or ‘Grant Proposals’. The Government has an excellent array of resources available, including information about government grants as well as grant proposal writing tips and guides. The really tricky and time-consuming part of this process is actually finding the information. This is the reason why we’ve compiled the Government Grant Internet Resource.

Having spent years and countless hours in the pursuit of grants and funding, we know firsthand how time consuming and confusing the task can be. Often, people give up. This is a shame, as there are literally hundreds of millions of dollars available that the U.S. Federal Government hands over to State and Local Governments every year. These dollars come out of the taxes we all pay, and each of us deserves a fair shot at obtaining some of this money for our personal, professional and economic needs and pursuits.

How the Grant Resource is Organized:

The Resources are divided up into sections for easier use. The first section contains the most comprehensive collections of grant resources available. These links, without question, provide the most exhaustive and comprehensive list of grants available today. 

The links will lead you to literally thousands of available grants. They are listed numerically for a reason.  They are listed in descending order in accordance with how valuable we have found them to be. They are all excellent resources and should be carefully searched for your particular criteria. What is the most valuable resource to one person may not be the most valuable to the next person. 

At the end of the first Section, you will find a link to a listing of all U.S. Federal Government Departments. This is particularly useful for the seasoned grant seeker. As you will read in the description, it is often very useful to see exactly what programs and initiatives federal departments are funding. Often, grant money is handed out by these departments to State and Local governments who may or may not partake in various programs and initiatives. Once this funding reaches the State level, the names and even some goals of programs can change.
